Common Symptoms of Anxiety Attacks

Anxiety and panic attacks are a very intense period of anxiety and stress, which comes suddenly without any warning. It manifests itself in a physical manner like stomach problems, fear and bodily issues. No doubt that these attacks are random, but anxiety panic attack is sign that your body defense mechanism is getting active at a wrong time or time when it is not required at all.
When a person suffers from these attacks, his body gets flooded with different hormones especially there is an increase in levels of adrenaline. Adrenaline is a hormone, which is mainly responsible of the defense mechanism of the body.
There are various symptoms, which marks the occurrence of anxiety panic attacks. These are -
- Frequent urination – Lump in throat – Nausea – Hot flushes – Visual Disturbances – Headaches – Muscles tension – Fatigue – Diarrhea – Dry mouth – Rapid heartbeat – Pain in chest – Shortness of breath – Irritability – Insomnia
Different people are affected differently by anxiety panic attack. Some suffers from panic attacks without showing symptoms whereas other may face some or all of the above-mentioned symptoms.
People suffering from such attacks should seek medical treatment from a health care professional as early as possible. There are many ways to prevent these attacks. If you suffer from anxiety panic attacks then try to avoid stress. Do not dwell your future or your past; try to involve yourself in some other thing. Also, the more you fear these attacks, the more you have to face them. So do not fear anxiety attacks and you will surely overcome them just like I did.
